Sealed item-wise (Two Bid System) Tenders are invited from experienced firms/Contractors who have registered with PWD/CPWD/Public Sectors & Govt. undertaking and who are having experience in maintenance of hospitals, Office buildings and residential quarters of similar nature, for the following works for the period from 1.7.2011 to 31.3.2012 (9 months) :-

Conditions:-

- The tenderer should have minimum in-house manpower to cover the requirements of the ESIC.
- Average Annual financial turnover during the last three financial years should be at least 30% of the value of work to be executed i.e. Rs.23,06,216 /- (for Sl.No.1) and Rs.5,58,599/- (for Sl.No.2). Copies of balance sheets, signed by CA, are to be submitted.
The tender documents can be obtained from “Medical Superintendent (Administrative Block ), ESI Hospital, Thathaneri Madurai -625 018”during office hours on all working days only. Only the tenderers satisfying the above conditions need to apply.
The cost of tender schedule/EMD as mentioned above should be in the form of DD/Banker’s cheque drawn in favour of ‘Hospital Development Committee, ESI Hospital, Thathaneri, Madurai-18”
